Terms and Conditions (GTC):

Participation in tennis courses at the Diversity Tennis School Zurich is subject to the terms and conditions listed here. Changes to these conditions require written confirmation from us.

 

Conclusion of contract:

Registering for the course or contacting our trainers (by the player or his representative, especially parents) is considered a contractual offer to us. The tennis school accepts this offer by confirming a specific training date. This contract applies for the duration of the agreed training period.

 

Training offer:

Our courses focus on promoting motor and cognitive skills. We offer both individual and group training, which is divided according to age and ability and can be adjusted if necessary. The course planning always takes the holistic development of the participants into account.

 

Implementation and appointment:

All agreed appointments are binding. Training starts on time with no additional preparation time for the players. If the service is canceled due to weather conditions, we look for alternatives. If the trainer is unavailable, we will try to find a replacement solution.

 

Costs and payment terms:

Billing takes place as a total amount at the start of the season. All prices include trainer fees, court rental and equipment. Payments must be made within 30 days. The following applies to group courses: In the event of illness of a participant, there will be no refund.

Obligation to supervise:

The duty of supervision is limited to the training period. Parents are responsible for supervision outside of these times. The Tennis School is not liable for participants who leave the training area.

 

Liability and insurance:

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

 

Data protection:

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act. The Diversity Tennis School Zurich is responsible for data processing. Data is used exclusively for course implementation and communication and can be used for registration with “Youth & Sport” must be forwarded to the FOSPO.
